We recently acquired, via a generous donation, a large number of archival documents of the Belgian architect Jean Stiénon (1911–1993). These documents (photos, diary, plans) relate to his participation in the very first Belgian excavations at Elkab (Egypt), directed by Jean Capart in 1937 and 1938.
