This is a booking form for a visit to the Art and History Museum.

We suggest a brief conversation before the visit, in order to tailor the visit to your expectations and needs. There is a 'remarks' box at the bottom of this form, where you can indicate the type of assistance you require.

Please indicate several possibilities so that we can find the most suitable date for your visit. Note that reservations for guided tours need to be made at least 3 weeks in advance and that the fee for the guide(s) has to be paid at least 2 weeks in advance.
Please choose 3 options between 9:30 and 15:00, on the hour or hour 30.
