Request form school visit A&H

This is a form to request a booking for a (guided) tour in the Art & History Museum.

 
Please indicate several possibilities so that we can find the most suitable date for your visit. Note that reservations for guided visits need to be made at least 3 weeks in advance and that the fee for the guide(s) has to be paid at least 2 weeks in advance.
Please choose 3 options between 9:30 and 15:00, on the hour or the half hour.
