GENERAL SALES TERMS OF THE MOULDING WORKSHOP - MRAH

  1. These general sales terms apply to all orders placed with the MRAH moulding workshop. The customer is deemed to accept them by the mere act of placing an order.

  2. Payment is made by invoice or in cash on-site. In the latter case, an advance payment of 30% of the value of the goods will be requested from the customer when placing the order. The balance will be paid by invoice or in cash before or upon collection of the goods at the workshop.

  3. The workshop notifies the customer as soon as their order is ready, and it must be collected within 6 months. After 6 months, we cancel the order, and the customer forfeits their deposit.

  4. Goods are collected and travel at the customer's own risk.

  5. Any claims must be submitted to the moulding workshop by registered letter no later than 8 days after collection to be valid.

  6. In case of a dispute, only the courts of Brussels will have jurisdiction. Belgian law will be applied.

  7. The buyer acknowledges having read and approved these conditions.

The waiting time for a new order could be more than two years.

The moulding workshop is a historic workshop. The methods are artisanal, and the molds used date back to the 19th century and are part of the museum's heritage.

A small number of molds are in stock, but most pieces are made to order.
