What if you could not only see an exhibition, but listen to it too?
For the exhibition Inuit. Impressions from the Canadian Far North, Créahmbxl presents a unique sound walk featuring eight audio pieces inspired by a selection of artworks.
This is not a traditional audio guide. The sound walk invites you to discover the exhibition in a different way — through the eyes and ears of artists who enter into a dialogue with the artworks.

In the exhibition, you can take a seat at one of the two studio tables and try out some fun and accessible art techniques. Create stencils, make stamps, sketch, sew — these are just some of the possibilities!
At each nocturne, we’ll offer a different creative activity to discover.
GUIDED VISIT

During the tour, your guide will explore the choices behind the art works. Which subjects appeal to the artists, and why? Which materials are available to them? How is the artwork produced and distributed, and what does this successful artistic practice mean for the local economy? Through the eyes of these artists, you will encounter a world that may seem very different from our own. It is a world made increasingly fragile by climate change, mass tourism and a painful colonial history, yet one that remains firmly rooted in a remarkably resilient cultural tradition.
The nocturnes take place on the third Thursday of every month. Please note that only the exhibition is open; the Museum’s permanent galleries will be closed.
